The girls discovered more about the programme through master classes given by the current participants. They took part in business simulations and developed their teamwork skills by playing bandy.
The forum was a point of growth for each participant – with new knowledge, support and belief in their own abilities, the girls took an important step towards their future profession and a new stage in their lives.
